DDR4 Overclocking World Record
-
➜ Lead a team of 3-5 people that assembled an internal liquid nitrogen (LN2) DRAM overclocking lab, broke the DDR4 frequency world record multiple times on very tight deadlines, and holds the current world record of 6,666.6 MT/s.
➜ Designed novel manufacturing and test methodologies to optimize DRAM die for maximum frequency under extreme voltage and temperature conditions used in LN2 overclocking.

TrackRx is a wireless, internet-connected pill bottle designed to solve the adherence and abuse problem, designed by a four-member team in one semester for Purdue University’s ECE 477 Digital Systems Senior Design Project Course. It makes it easier for patients to take their medication correctly and harder for them to abuse prescription medications by dispensing a single dose of medication at a time and providing medication adherence data in real-time to the patient’s pharmacist, doctor, and…

This project won the "best use of TI wireless technology" award at the 2016 Texas Instruments Innovation Challenge competition. -
Quicksilver
-
Quicksilver is a fixed-function 2D graphics accelerator IP that was developed as a project of the Purdue ECE SoC Extension Technologies Team. The accelerator was integrated with an existing ARM M0 core developed by the SoC team via the APB bus and verified with both source (SystemVerilog) and FPGA simulations.

Meshenger
-
At the 2014 Boilermake Hackathon my team of three developed Meshenger, a distributed mesh network chat client utilizing 2.4 GHz radios that existed on the hackathon badge boards, which won “Best Badge Hack.” My key contribution was modifying the low-level interface with the radio on the provided boards (“badges”) to enable broadcast messaging.
